Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request design or development?

LogicGlee offers flexibility in how you request design and development using Trello. Some common ways clients request design or development is by sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out) directly via Trello. As long as it can be linked to or shared in Trello, we're game.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one on the standard plan or two at a time on the pro plan.
How fast will I receive my request?

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less however, more complex requests can take longer.
How does the pause feature work?

We understand you may not have enough design or development requests to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two development requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a monthly period where development is carried out on weekdays. Let's say you subscribe and use the service for ten days in March, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have thirteen days of service remaining to be used anytime within 6 months; in this example, until the last weekday of September.
What if I don't like the design?

No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

In the beginning, LogicGlee was a one woman band. Now, we're a team of ten experts, each with over a decade worth of experience.
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer or developer?

Our specialist knowledge in premium web design and development, gives you access to the industry's very best individuals. With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer and/or developer when you have work available for them.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
